routine


‚routine‘ is a shortfilm I made as a big learning by doing project in 2017. I wanted to try out as much things as possible so I decided to render in realtime and had my first contact with Unreal Engine. Because of the visual scripting surface and a lot of useful tools that are already integrated in the engine, it was very easy to get used to it. As an extra research and development project I developed a surface-normal scanner which gives me high quality normal textures of undergrounds and foliage. For the big rock formations I photoscanned a lot of rocks and stones with agisoft photoscan.
