The project ‚Wonderful World‘ started as a potentially trailer for the FMX or the ITFS (international trickfilm festival Stuttgart). My primary task was the modelling and texturing of a dystopian city. The model was created with Blender and textured in substance painter. Because of the big size of the 3d model it would have needed a high amount of textures. I decided to paint only masks that could be combined in the shader with the tileable textures I created in substance designer. Of cause there were some exceptions. A few ‚hero‘ assets have been textured the traditional way.
